CO-FOUNDERS/ CAMPUS DIRECTORElizabeth & Josh Meeh are the Founders of valor academy srb. elizabeth serves as the Campus Director where she is passionate about cultivating a Christ-centered learning environment rooted in academic excellence, character, and community. they founded Valor Academy SRB with a vision to provide students and families with meaningful connection, flexible education, and intentional discipleship during the middle and high school years. Elizabeth is deeply committed to mentoring students, partnering with parents, and leading with purpose, courage, and integrity.
Jeremy Vanhoose
CAMPUS DISCIPLESHIP LEADERJeremy leads Abide With Us, a local youth ministry focused on helping the next generation know Jesus, live by His Word, and boldly follow Him. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Jeremy’s own journey of following Jesus shaped a deep desire to invest in the next generation and point them toward Christ. He is passionate about building genuine relationships with teens, teaching them how to study Scripture for themselves, and helping them live out their faith beyond a classroom or weekly gathering. Jeremy’s desire is simply to see a generation become deeply rooted in Jesus and live a life that follows Him.
Erica Rust
SONGWRITING INSTRUCTORErica is a Nashville-based writer and singer-songwriter with more than twenty years of storytelling experience, rooted in honesty and the belief that every great song deserves a real story. She has co-written with some of Nashville’s most respected songwriters, including Grammy winner Ben Glover, Grammy-nominated Lori McKenna, and No. 1 hit songwriters Pat Alger, Paul Sikes, and Brian White. Erica is also the author of the #1 bestselling memoir GRAY: A Story of Loss and the artist behind the EP Antidote, inspired by lived experiences of grief, resilience, advocacy, and hope. Her work has been featured on national television, including Huckabee and Nashville Today, and she is now expanding into screenwriting and helping shape the story and music for a feature film. Across songwriting, memoir, and screenwriting, Erica believes the fundamentals remain the same: tell the truth, find the image, and trust the listener. She is excited to bring this philosophy into the classroom, helping students discover their unique voices and gain the confidence to write songs only they can write.
Tara and PJ PAdgett are the founders of Coastal Kids Theatre Company, bringing over a decade of professional experience across Broadway, Off-Broadway, regional theatre, and film to the Florida Panhandle. Their mission is to provide exceptional theatre education and productions to students, challenging young artists to create honest, thought-provoking work. Drawing on the ways the stage has profoundly shaped their own lives, PJ and Tara are dedicated to offering that same transformative, confidence-building experience to the next generation.

She is dedicated to helping students explore their creativity while building strong foundational skills in artistic expression. Jennifer believes creativity is a gift from God and strives to create an encouraging, faith-filled environment where students feel confident to experiment, grow, and discover their unique creative voice. Through thoughtful instruction and genuine care, she inspires students to pursue excellence, curiosity, and joyful learning through art.
